ABOUT CLIFFORD V. DUNN

In my more than 35 years of practice, I have come to believe that the most important function of a lawyer is to protect clients from problems that may arise in the future and to resolve disputes without litigation whenever possible. I understand that there are some times when litigation is necessary, but with proper planning, preparation and appropriate negotiation skills, the vast majority of litigation may be avoided.

Banking- Two years operational control; approved over-drafts and returned checks; balanced and verified all bank operations- Zions First National Bank
Marketing- Designed, taught and established marketing system for insurance companies using seminars in Taxation and Estate Planning.
Designed, taught and established seminar marketing system in Taxation and Estate Planning, together with attorney liaison system for H&R Block in Utah, Idaho and Montana.
System Design: Designed and implemented an automated legal office for the sole practitioner or a small firm such that virtually all repeatable activities conducted by an attorney, such as trusts, divorces, contracts and partnerships/corporations can be completed by filling out a form that is then passed to a staff member for processing.
Mortgage Banking: Established, as President and Chief Executive Officer, a mortgage company known as Granite Mortgage Services, Inc. (Sold)
